About me
I'm Anna, a HCPC registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Art Therapist. I am passionate about supporting people through life's challenges. I trained at the Institute of Art and Therapy in Education (IATE), where I completed 4 years of in depth training.
Before becoming a Psychotherapist I worked in the beauty and wellness industry, where I developed a deep appreciation for peoples stories and the courage it takes to care for oneself. My love of creativity and human connection inspired me to retrain, today I offer a calm and compassionate space for healing- a place for self expression, reflection, curiosity and re-connection.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and the first step is simply reaching out.
Whenever you're ready, I'm here to support you.
