Sessions and Fee's

I offer in person sessions at my practice based In New Haw, near Weybridge, Surrey. I also work remotely/online.

Initial consultation:

I offer a 20 minute initial meeting free of charge to discuss your needs, answer any questions and explore how best I can support you.

Individual sessions:

My fee is £65 per 50 minute session.

A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available. Please enquire if financial accessibility is a concern.

Research shows that weekly sessions help maintain continuity, deepen the therapeutic process, and support steady progress. This means that generally we will meet at the same time each week.

Our sessions are designed to nurture personal growth, healing, and emotional balance. I aim to provide you with an individually tailored journey, stepping with you along the way.

I offer two therapeutic pathways which can be used independently or integrated based on your needs and wishes.

Integrative Psychotherapy

Individual Support

Psychotherapy combines various therapeutic theories and modalities to address emotional challenges effectively. We'll work collaboratively to foster insight, change, and resilience. This is a predominantly talk-based approach, creative methods are available, but only if they feel right for you.

Art Psychotherapy

Creative Expression

Art therapy utilises the creative process to help clients express feelings and explore personal narratives. It promotes healing through creativity, leading to greater self-awareness and emotional release. This is predominantly for clients who feel that creative expression may support their process further, I offer an arts-based therapeutic approach that uses imagery and creative exploration alongside verbal reflection.
